Terrence L. Bauer

Terrence L. Bauer has served as CEO and Director of Orion HealthCorp, Inc., since December 2004 and as President since November 2005. Prior to his role at Orion HealthCorp, Mr. Bauer served as President, CEO and Director of Integrated Physician Solutions, Inc., (IPS) now a wholly owned subsidiary of the company since 1996 and as Chairman of the Board of Directors of IPS since 1999. Prior to co-founding IPS, Mr. Bauer was President and Chief Operating Officer of Allegiant Physician Services, a multi-specialty physician practice management and software services company. Previously, Mr. Bauer served as President and CEO of ATC Healthcare Services, Inc., a national healthcare staffing firm from 1991 through 1995. From 1987 through 1991, Mr. Bauer held various senior management positions at Critical Care America, a specialty pharmaceutical company. Mr. Bauer has been active in the healthcare industry since 1980.

Elaine A. Decker

Elaine A. Decker has served as Vice President of Accounting of Orion HealthCorp, Inc., since November 2008 and as Corporate Controller since the company’s formation in December 2004. Ms. Decker joined Integrated Physician Solutions, Inc., in 2001 as Senior Financial Analyst and served as Controller from June 2004 until the merger with Orion. Previously, Ms. Decker was a Senior Financial Analyst with Wolf Camera from 2000 through 2001. Prior to that role, Ms. Decker held the position of Vice President of Accounting with McKesson Corporation (formerly HBOC) from 1992 through 1999. Ms. Decker began her career with Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company in various accounting roles from 1986 through 1992.

Elaine A. Decker

Elaine A. Decker has served as Vice President of Accounting of Orion HealthCorp, Inc., since November 2008 and as Corporate Controller since the company’s formation in December 2004. Ms. Decker joined Integrated Physician Solutions, Inc., in 2001 as Senior Financial Analyst and served as Controller from June 2004 until the merger with Orion. Previously, Ms. Decker was a Senior Financial Analyst with Wolf Camera from 2000 through 2001. Prior to that role, Ms. Decker held the position of Vice President of Accounting with McKesson Corporation (formerly HBOC) from 1992 through 1999. Ms. Decker began her career with Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company in various accounting roles from 1986 through 1992.

Dan Dickens

Dan Dickens has served as Director of Information Technology since July 2007. Mr. Dickens has over 10 years of experience in the technology field and has been responsible for planning, implementing, and managing computer systems for small and large enterprise environments. Most recently, Mr. Dickens served as Senior Managing Consultant for Digital Link Enterprises. Additionally, Mr. Dickens has held Networking Administration positions at Emory University's Department of Neurology and Meta4 USA.

Lynne K. Sherman

Lynne K. Sherman has served as Director of Physician Practice Operations and Managing Director of IPS Vaccine Group Purchasing Alliance since February, 2007. Ms. Sherman comes to Orion with over 20 years of medical management and consulting experience in both hospital-owned and independent medical practices as well as rural health clinics. Prior to joining Orion HealthCorp, Ms. Sherman served as Director of Practice Operations for WellStar Health System since 1997. As Director, she had direct responsibility for multi-specialty physician practices including internal medicine, family practice, pediatrics, urgent care, and behavioral health. Ms. Sherman has extensive healthcare consulting experience, and served as Senior Healthcare Consultant with Key Solutions Consulting in Atlanta, Georgia. Ms. Sherman holds her degree from Barnard College, Columbia University.

Kim Singleton

Kim Singleton was named Vice President of Human Resources of Orion HealthCorp, Inc., in April of 2005. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Singleton was Vice President of Human Resources with Pediatric Services of America. Previously, she was Director of Human Resources for St. Joseph's Health System of Atlanta and for a spin-off company of St. Vincent's Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama. Ms. Singleton served in various HR roles at the Children's Health System of Alabama. Prior to entering the healthcare industry, Ms. Singleton worked as an Independent Consultant for small and medium sized companies in Oklahoma. She attained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Society of Human Resources Management.

Prior to entering the healthcare industry, Ms. Singleton worked as an Independent Consultant for small and medium sized companies in Oklahoma. She attained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Society of Human Resources Management.
